Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Meshdraft website (meshdraft.com) and web application (app.meshdraft.com), operated by Meshdraft LLC ("Meshdraft", "we", "us"). By using Meshdraft you agree to these terms.
1. What Meshdraft is
Meshdraft is a browser-based 3D mesh processing tool. You load a 3D model, process it through a node-based pipeline (cleaning, repair, decimation, remeshing, retopology, UV generation, baking, and related operations), and export the result. Processing runs locally in your browser - your models are not transmitted to our servers (see the Privacy Policy).
2. Accounts
You can use the free tier without an account. An account (when available) is required for Pro features and trials. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address.
3. Free tier
The free tier gives you access to every processing node at full quality, with exports limited to 30,000 triangles per model, up to 3 saved custom drafts, and use limited to personal projects and evaluation. Commercial use of exported results requires a Pro subscription.
4. Pro subscription
Pro removes the export size limit, permits commercial use of exported results, and unlocks unlimited custom drafts and shareable graphs. Pro is sold as a subscription (annual or monthly), billed until cancelled. When you cancel, Pro remains active until the end of the paid period; your work and saved drafts remain yours, and the free tier's limits apply afterwards.
5. Payments and billing
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, payment, invoicing, applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax), and payment data; your order is subject to Paddle's checkout terms in addition to these terms. Paddle is the name that appears on your statement. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change; changes apply from your next billing period, never retroactively, and we will notify account holders in advance.
6. Trials
New accounts receive a 14-day Pro trial that starts automatically at signup - no payment method required. When the trial ends, the account reverts to the free tier automatically. Nothing is charged, and nothing you made is lost; drafts beyond the free tier's limit stay stored but become read-only until you subscribe.
7. Your content
You keep all rights to the models you process with Meshdraft and to the results you export. We claim no ownership of, and no license to, your content. Because processing runs locally in your browser, we do not receive, store, or view your models. You are responsible for having the rights to the models you process.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) resell, rent, or provide the service to third parties as a service; (b) circumvent technical limits of the free tier, trials, or license checks; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the software except where law permits; (d) use the service in violation of applicable law; (e) interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
9. Our intellectual property
The Meshdraft software, site, brand, and documentation are owned by Meshdraft LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. These terms grant no rights to our source code, name, or branding beyond use of the service.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Meshdraft available and fast, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee. We may add, change, or remove features. If we change the free tier's limits, existing exported files are never affected. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Geometry processing is complex; always review results before using them in production. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meshdraft LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or USD 50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights that apply in your country.
13. Termination
You can stop using Meshdraft, cancel your subscription, or delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections 7, 9, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence remains unaffected.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
