Refund Policy

We want trying Meshdraft to be risk-free - which is why every new account starts with a full 14-day Pro trial, no payment method required. If you do pay and Meshdraft isn't right for you, refunds are simple:
14-day money-back guarantee
Any charge - a first purchase, a monthly payment, or an annual renewal — is refundable in full within 14 days of the payment date, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email billing@meshdraft.com from the address on your account (or reply to your Paddle receipt) within 14 days of the charge, and include the order number from the receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After a refund
Your account returns to the free tier. Your work and exported files are, as always, yours to keep; custom drafts beyond the free tier's limit remain stored but read-only.
Statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory withdrawal or refund rights, nothing in this policy limits those rights.
